个人简介
中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院副院长,973计划首席科学家,国家重点研发计划项目负责人,中科院人才计划获得者,广东省特支计划杰出人才和中青年科技领军人才,国家自然科学基金创新群体成员。
2005年毕业于清华大学,获得生物学博士学位并获得清华大学“优秀博士毕业生”称号。随后加入美国的威斯康星大学-麦迪逊分校干细胞研究的先驱James Thomson实验室进行博士后研究。于2010年7月加入了中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院。
研究兴趣
在多能干细胞的研究领域已经有十多年的研究经历,长期从事人多能干细胞(hPSC)多能性维持及分化过程中细胞命运转变方面的研究,目前致力于人多能干细胞的血液、神经分化等功能细胞分化与获得,以及多能干细胞命运转变调控的分子机制。
