潘磊,博士,研究员三级,中国科学院青年创新促进会成员,优秀会员择优支持,上海市青年拔尖人才,中国科学院卓越中心骨干,入选中国细胞生物学学会青年科学家。其2004年毕业于南开大学生命科学学院。同年免试就读于中国科学院生物物理研究所。2006.1-2009.12入选博士联合培养计划,在美国Stowers生物医学研究所完成全部硕博学业。2010年博士毕业后直接竞聘为中国科学院生物物理研究所副研究员。仅四年破格晋升为正高级研究员,博士生导师。2018年起担任研究所院重点实验室肠道微环境与健康研究组研究组组长。仅第一作者和通讯作者在Nature,Cell Stem Cell, Cell Host Microbes, Nature Microbiology等高水平期刊上发表研究成果十数篇,多篇入选F1000。并承担科技部重大研究项目,中国科学院先导项目,973,基金委重大国际合作等多项研究任务。同时作为特邀编委参与出版Bioprotocol实验手册一部,且撰写科普书籍《百年果蝇-神奇的吸露者》一部。
以果蝇和小鼠为主要研究模型,从事免疫遗传学的开拓性研究,探索病原-宿主互作过程中天然免疫通路和重要生物信号之间的互调机制,已开发出干细胞示踪、感染、衰老、肥胖、无菌及肠道菌顺序定植等多种相关模型。目前围绕肠道天然免疫微环境稳态,从三个层面展开研究,且重点关注肠道共生菌及其代谢产物在其中的调控机制:1)天然免疫的信号平衡:挖掘参与天然免疫调节的新因子及新机制,寻找“肠-肝”轴、“肠-脑”轴等“局部-系统”器官间免疫交流的物质基础;2)肠上皮屏障的细胞平衡:关注病原-宿主互作中,肠上皮干细胞介导的上皮屏障损伤修复的动态平衡机制;3)微生态平衡:研究肠道菌群结构在天然免疫-代谢转换之间的稳态调节机理。
