朱哲鑫,男,国家级人才项目(2023)获得者,2008年本科毕业于中国海洋大学生物科学专业。之后在中科院上海生命科学研究院金颖研究员对人胚胎干细胞的自我更新机制进行了系统的研究并取得发育生物学博士学位。2016-2017年在英国剑桥Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute研究Extended potential stem cells EPSCs。2017-2023年在美国St Jude Children’s Research Hospital Charles W.M Roberts实验室,并通过与Douglas R. Green实验室合作,系统了研究了染色质重塑子在干细胞对称分裂和T细胞不对称分裂中的作用。研究成果以第一作者和通讯作者身份发表在Cell Stem Cell和Nature。其发表在Cell Stem Cell Zhu et al., 2017的工作被F1000以Exceptional Recommendation形式进行了专题报告;发表在Nature Zhu et al., 2023的工作被Nature Reviews Molecular Cell Biology(IF: 94.4)的senior editor Eytan Zlotorynski以research highlight Zlotorynski et al., Nat Rev Mol Biol 2023的形式进行了高度评价和详细解读。
研究兴趣及方向:
本实验室的研究方向紧密围绕十四五国家重点研发计划“干细胞研究与器官修复”和合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院的战略发展方向。1.利用生物信息学手段,利用大规模病人样本全基因组测序数据库the NHS England 100,000 genomes project; All of US research program 100,000 whole genome sequences,挖掘与疾病有着因果关系的突变,利用人多能性干细胞和类器官分化模型,结合多组学分析手段,揭示相关突变的致病机制并提出相应的干预手段。2.通过新一代的遗传筛选手段,结合高通量测序,开发下一代器官再生新策略。此外,本实验室秉承装备一代,发展一代,预研一代,探索一代的发展策略,对前瞻性的课题予以能力范围内的无偿风险支持。
